Want to make your Apple Watch feel more personal? One easy way is by setting a photo as your wallpaper. It’s actually simple to do, and I’ll show you through it step by step.
Change Your Apple Watch Wallpaper to a Photo
Step 1: Open the Watch App on Your iPhone
Grab your iPhone and open the Watch app. This is where you control everything about your Apple Watch.
Step 2: Go to the Face Gallery
Once you’re in the Watch app, look at the bottom and tap on Face Gallery. You’ll see a bunch of different Apple Watch face options here.
Step 3: Find the Photos Face
Scroll through the gallery until you find the option called Photos. Tap on it. This is the watch face that lets you use your own pictures as wallpaper.
Step 4: Pick Your Photos
Now you have two choices:
- Shuffle Photos – Use multiple photos that will change throughout the day.
- Choose Photos – Pick one or more specific photos to use.
Tap Choose Photos and select the photo(s) you want from your iPhone. Once you’re happy, hit Add.
Step 5: Customize Your Watch Face
Before saving, you can tweak how your watch face looks:
- Time Size – Make the clock bigger or smaller.
- Font Style – Change how the time digits look.
- Numerals and Photo Style – Adjust how numbers show up or how the photo is displayed.
- Time Color – Pick a color for the clock that matches your vibe.
Take your time to play around and make it look just right.
Step 6: Add the Wallpaper to Your Watch
Once you’re done customizing, tap Add. It might take a few seconds, but your photo will show up as your Apple Watch wallpaper soon after.
That’s it!
Your Apple Watch now shows your chosen photo every time you raise your wrist!
